Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, get in touch at support@noovaly.com with your order number and we'll resend it straight away.

This can happen if the parcel was left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please have a look around first. If you still can't locate it, reach out at support@noovaly.com and we'll step in immediately to sort things out.

Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or courier disruption. If your order is more than 3 working days beyond the estimated date, please contact us at support@noovaly.com — we'll resolve it straight away.

You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request an address change. Please contact us immediately at support@noovaly.com. After this point, your order will already be in preparation and we may not be able to amend it.
